Winner Vegan Burger Contest!
This weekend we participated in the Vegan Burger Contest organized by De Buik & MALS Vegan Festival. We tweaked our Ultimate Burger and added oyster mushrooms of Rotterzwam, marinated in a BBQ sauce. And boy are we proud that we won! Our burger was ranked the highest amidst a range of fantastic burgers by other highly valuated colleagues. We are going to serve this burger in our restaurant as soon as Rotterzwam has their production up to speed!
